About Us

My Story:

My company is founded on the principle of providing straightforward answers to all questions.


I wanted to form a company that coupled my business experience with the certifications I have earned. The result was forming a company which offers these services:

  • Business valuations are provided for the sale and purchase of businesses, family law (divorce, mediation, and arbitration), gift & estate tax purposes, insurance, and litigation.

  • Asset tracing (forensics) completed for divorce and litigation purposes​​.

  • Fraud prevention focusing on establishing preventative measures and improving controls.

  • Advisory services include (my) third party review of others' business valuations, litigation consulting, and business consulting.

Offering specified services for these areas correlates well to the needs within the northeast Ohio community. I take pride in being compassionate and understanding as we work toward solutions. Finally, I want my clients to feel engaged throughout the process.

I grew up on Cleveland's west-side and later attended the University of Dayton where I graduated as an accounting major. My finance experience includes auditing, accounting, treasury, banking, foreign exchange, real estate, portfolio management, corporate insurance, and project management. I also earned an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University. I have worked for a wide-array of businesses including Pepsi, Medical Mutual of Ohio, University Hospitals, and Eaton. My professional designations include:

 

  • Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA)

  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA - Non-practicing)

Additionally, I currently volunteer as a softball coach and volleyball linesman. In the past, I have volunteered as a soccer coach and as a United Way solicitor.
